Madame is Jersey City’s modern French bistro and cocktail parlor, where we blend timeless French culinary traditions with contemporary flair. Located at 390 4th Street, within the historic White Eagle Hall built in 1910, our establishment offers a chic and intimate dining experience.

Madame is the latest venture from the team behind Cellar 335, Saddle River Inn, and Saddle River Café. We are dedicated to serving deliciously elegant cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and a curated wine list that promises to delight your palate. Our menu features creative interpretations of classic French dishes. such as our signature bread service: focaccia toasted with melted cheese, caramelized onions and basted in French onion soup broth.

Our bar program is done with flair & style. The bar remains open late, serving stylish drinks long after the kitchen closes on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
